If this sounds familiar
The world keeps assuming you already know. You deserve someone who'll actually show you.
- "My email disappeared." "The screen is too small." "Is this text a scam?"
- Someone rushed you through it once, and it never quite stuck.
- You've started to feel like everyone got a manual you never received.
- You worry about who to trust, or who might try to take advantage.
That last one is a fair worry. The whole point here is to be the calm, trustworthy person you can rely on, so you never have to feel stuck or talked down to again.
How it works
Simple, calm, and always at your speed.
When you book
Book your free intro call
Pick a 15-minute slot on the calendar, today or a day next week, whatever suits you. I'll email you right away to confirm, and I'll call you at the time you picked.
Your intro call
We talk
This is not the help session. It's where we get to know each other and I listen to what's been giving you trouble. Then I'll suggest the session that fits, a Quick Fix or a Full Session, and we'll find a time for it right there on the call, at least a day out.
Your session is confirmed
An email confirms the time, with a link to pay and a link to click when your session starts. Sessions are paid in advance.
Your session
We work through it together
Click the link when it's time and I'll let you in. Then we go at your own pace, for as long as it takes. No jargon, no rushing, no making you feel small.
You keep the notes
Afterward I send a written recap of what we went over, in plain language, so it's there whenever you need a reminder.

Simple pricing
Pay for the time you need. Nothing you don't.
A short, focused session
Perfect when you have one specific thing to sort out, a setting to change, a question to answer, a small worry to put to rest. Quick, calm, and no rushing.
A full one-on-one session
The best place to start. Room to solve a problem, learn something new, and ask anything else on your mind, all at your own pace, with no ticking clock.
Not sure which one fits? That's what the free call is for. I'll talk you through what each one covers so you can pick the one that's right for you, no pressure either way. One simple price, paid securely through Stripe before we start. Your card details go straight to them and never through me, so there's nothing to worry about and nothing to sort out at the end.
Want help on a regular basis? You can set up ongoing support so there's always someone to call, for yourself, or for someone you care about. Just ask after your first session.
Is your private information safe? Yes. During a session you choose what you share, and you can stop at any time. I'll never ask for your passwords, bank logins, or payment details, and no honest helper ever will. If anyone ever does, that's your sign to hang up.
Need a website of your own?
Alongside the one-on-one help, I also build websites, made around you and what you need, not squeezed into a template. Some examples include a portfolio, resume, solo business, family photo album, or event site. I handle the whole thing: design, any pictures or video it needs, plus the domain and hosting. You can see my work at soundspeedactionpod.com and on this site you're reading now, I built both. When it's ready, I can hand you the keys or stay on and look after it for you. Priced to fit what you need, just ask on your free 15-minute call.
These are sites that showcase what you offer and bring in inquiries, rather than full online stores. If you need to take a payment or two, we can talk through simple ways to do that on your free call.
Who you'd be working with
Hi, I'm Sohrab. A real person, not a call center.
I'm a filmmaker and storyteller by background. I've spent my career helping people and organizations share what they care about, and somewhere along the way I realized the same was true of technology: at its best, our devices are how we stay connected, creative, and capable. They're meant to empower us, not leave us feeling lost. Later I spent years on the other side of a support counter, sitting across from people with the exact worries you might have right now. That's where I learned the hard part is almost never the device. It's listening closely and making sure to understand what someone actually needs.
But I've watched people I love, family and friends, feel exactly that: frustrated, talked down to, like the world sped off and forgot to bring them along. I started Learn My Devices because I think that feeling is unfair, and fixable. When we work together, you're in charge. I'll meet you where you are and help you the way you want to be helped, not the way someone decides you should be. My hope is that you walk away not just with the problem solved, but genuinely a little more excited about what your tech can do for you, because you've got the hang of it, on your own terms.
